Coming in at No.2 is Luka Doncic. This young star has proven himself to be a worthy opponent, with his scoring ability and playmaking skills. And let's not forget about that step-back three-pointer! He's definitely someone to watch out for in the new season.

And at No.3, we have Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak has dominated the league with his incredible athleticism and versatility. He's a nightmare for any defender and a key player for his team.

Now let's move on to the 4th candidate, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander from the Thunder. Last season, he put up impressive numbers, averaging 30.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 2 steals, and 0.9 blocks per game. Stephen Curry from the Warriors is also on the list. His shooting ability is legendary, and he's a threat from beyond the arc. With averages of 26.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game, shooting at 45% from the field, 40.8% from three, and an impressive 92.3% from the free-throw line, Curry is a true sniper.

Jayson Tatum from the Celtics is another player to watch out for. And last but not least, we have Devin Booker from the Suns. With averages of 27.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game, shooting at 49.2% from the field, 36.4% from three, and 88.6% from the free-throw line, Booker is a key player for his team.
